We do not store or access full credit card numbers. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe, using its own encrypted systems.

We also use Paperform for scheduling. If a user reloads a form before submission, previously entered information may still appear to help complete the form.

• Provide in-home euthanasia services, Quality of Life telehealth consultations, and holistic veterinary services
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Communicate with you before and after your appointment
• Process payments securely

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We may share information only with:

• Stripe, to process payments
• Paperform, for appointment scheduling
• Third parties when necessary for legal, billing, or dispute-related purposes, or to protect HolisticalVets’ professional reputation. This includes, but is not limited to, licensed collections agencies, attorneys or law firms, payment processors, banks, or regulatory authorities.

Shared information will be limited to what is necessary to verify services, payments, or resolve disputes, or to respond to false, misleading, or defamatory statements about HolisticalVets. Medical records or other sensitive client information unrelated to the matter will remain confidential.

Reviews and Public Statements
We encourage clients to provide honest and accurate feedback. In the event of false, misleading, or defamatory public statements or reviews, HolisticalVets may respond with factual information necessary to clarify or correct inaccuracies.

Responses are strictly limited to relevant service details and will not disclose unrelated medical records or sensitive client information.

If a review or public statement involves fraudulent claims, misrepresentation, or potential legal issues, HolisticalVets may share limited factual information with:
