Please read the following thoroughly and follow the steps below.

Step 1: Please click here or scroll down slightly to schedule an appointment via the online scheduler.

Step 2: If applicable, please contact your pet’s veterinarian(s) and request that your pet’s records be sent to info@holisticalvets.com

  • Please be aware that only medical records received from a veterinarian will be accepted, so we request that you please ask your pet’s veterinarian(s) to send updated medical records (if present) to info@holisticalvets.com as soon as you schedule an appointment. If any other veterinarians (e.g. emergency veterinarians, general practitioners, specialists, etc.) have seen your pet recently, we kindly request that you ask them to email your pet’s medical records to us as well. 

Step 3: Shortly after successfully scheduling an appointment, you should receive an automated email from HolisticalVets LLC titled “Appointment Confirmation” (if you do not receive this appointment confirmation email, please email us at info@holisticalvets.com). Please note: if indicated by your pet’s treatment plan, you may receive an email recommending a different date/time for your appointment, such as in cases where a pet should receive treatment more or less frequently.

You should receive an automated email (titled “Appointment Confirmation”) from HolisticalVets LLC a few minutes after successfully scheduling an appointment. If you didn’t receive an email, please send an email to info@holisticalvets.com.
Please note: Due to our large service area, there is a 2 hour (120 minutes) estimated time of arrival window for HolisticalVets LLC to arrive at the designated appointment location.
